Effective

Communcation

What really is effective communication? When we remember the importance of landing our message for the other person, we suddenly step into a very different position. A position of understanding and curiosity. Learn the skills you need to step into being an effective communicator.

Overview:

When we remain curious and seek to understand, we find ourselves in a position of influence. This workshop looks at effective communication in a range of environments.

How does our communication change depending on who we are talking to and what message we are wanting to land? We will guide you to build your flexibility in communication by delving into the following aspects:

    • Three levels of listening – how being a great listener impacts your outcome
    • The importance of language – how effective words can be
    • Non-verbal communication – what sits behind the words?
    • Reading the room (virtually and face to face) and responding appropriately
    • The importance of asking the right questions

“I found the session really useful, and have in fact already noticed myself consciously trying to put into practice some of the techniques learnt in my customer sessions. Jools was brilliant, her attention to detail makes the techniques seem much clearer and easier to adopt. I would 100% like to run this session again.”
